Accusing Badal of having "deliberately weakened" Punjab's case in the apex court on SYL issue for "political interests", he alleged, "Badal wants to wriggle out of his decade-long failures and will make the SC order against Punjab an excuse to resign. This is why his government did not plead properly."
Badal had accused Amarinder of spreading "disinformation" over SYL issue.
"When the state should be concerned about the farmers' suicides, drugs, unemployment and economy, they are behaving like street bullies threatening each other with post-dated arrest warrants," the state Congress chief said.
Kejriwal had dared Majithia to get him arrested, while the SAD leader had hit back, saying the AAP national convener will not "escape the clutches of law".
The way Majithia got summons delivered personally to Kejriwal, only indicated that he was helping him to divert public attention from the "embarrassing" situation AAP had placed itself in, with a series of "follies and fiascoes", Amarinder claimed.
