Peas prices were down by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale pulses market today following weak demand from retailers against increased supplies from producing belts.
However, other pulses held steady in thin trade.
Traders said low demand from retailers against higher supplies from producing regions mainly helped peas prices to trade lower.
In the national capital, peas white and green fell by Rs 100 each to Rs 2,800-2,850 and Rs 2,900-3,000 per quintal, respectively.
