Pennar Industries bags Rs 150-cr worth orders

Pennar Industries Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs 150 crore from the firms such as Ultratech Cement and United Spirits, the company said today.
Commenting on the development, Pennar Industries Vice Chairman and Managing Director Aditya Rao said: "Our order book across all the divisions is increasing....We are looking forward to a strong close to the financial year ending March."

Received orders from Phoenix, Ultratech Cement, IOT Anwesha Engineering & Construction Ltd, JSW Cement, Dhunseri Petrochem, United Spirits Ltd...Among others," the comapny said in a statement.

In the area of engineering and infrastructure, Pennar has received a solar module mounting system order for a 30 MW solar power plant from Azure Power in Chhattisgarh.
The company has also received sheet pile order from L&T GeoStructure.
Pennar Industries further said it has won a project from United Spirits for effluent treatment and sewage treatment plants in Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh.
