The 31-year-old "Dishoom" actress said the stars are expected to be proper always, which is a bit too much as they can also have bad days.
"As a celebrity, a lot is expected from you. It can even be a little ridiculous. People at times don't realize that even we are human beings. Like everyone has their bad days we too have, but the projection of things is so different that you see it differently," Jacqueline told PTI.
But she has now learnt the art of ignoring it and has come out stronger.
"If you allow the scrutiny to take a toll on you, it can even affect the actor within you. Initially, I had no idea what fame, acting and this film industry was. I used to get swayed by what everyone was saying.

"There is a huge change in me now. When people finally understand that they don't need to fit in all the time and they can be themselves, it shows externally as well. There are things that internally happen but they show a switch in your attitude as well.
"I am pretty happy with my life. I am happy with the way I am looking and the work I am doing. There is inner peace which I feel right now," she said.
She is also doing a Dharma project which stars Sushant Singh Rajput as the male lead.
The actress turned showstopper for designer Ashsih N Soni's new collection at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2016.
