"People are fed up with the anti-people policies of the UPA government and will give a befitting reply to it on the issue of corruption and inflation through votes," Swaraj said, addressing a rally at Nalkheda in Rajgarh Lok Sabha constituency in support of BJP candidate Roadmal Nagar.
"The UPA committed corruption in the sky (2G), land (Commonwealth) and underground (coal). There is no area where it did not indulge in corruption," she said.
Whenever any MP asked a question about the inflation, the concerned minister said that as the poor were now eating twice a day, it was leading to price rise, she said.
While the BJP had given a definite direction to the country by projecting Narendra Modi as the Prime Ministerial candidate, Congress chose to remain mum on the issue, Swaraj said. "Therefore, it can be stated that while BJP is visible, Congress became invisible.
