Performance Excellence Award for NALCO

Navaratna PSU National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has been selected for the prestigious 'Performance Excellence Award - 2014', instituted by the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE).
The award, being given for outstanding contributions towards excellence, is scheduled to be presented at the CEOs conference to be held in Dubai on October 8, a company release said here today.
The awardee is chosen from various organisations representing both public and private sectors on the basis of assessment of their contribution towards excellence.
In a communication, the Chairman of IIIE has congratulated NALCO's CMD T K Chand, requesting him to share the success story of the company in the 19th CEOs Conference in Dubai on October 8, 2015. The award will be presented to NALCO during the Conference, it said.

Attributing the success to the concerted efforts of NALCO Collective, Chand said that NALCO's business excellence is based on company's productivity, profitability and credibility.
