The company did not share the financial details of the deal but said the acquisition will strengthen Persistent's position in the salesforce community in Australia.
PRM focuses on healthcare, construction and property management, with key customers that include Honda, Rio Tinto, Furniture Options, Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA), Synergy and Workpower.
