Singer Peter Andre has launched a cancer charity in the memory of his brother Andrew, who succumbed to the disease last year.
The 40-year-old's brother passed away in December, 2012 due to liver and kidney cancer, reported Sun online.
Andre has teamed up with Cancer Research UK and now plans to raise funds to run buses that will act as drop-in cancer check-up centre.
"Basically I've teamed up with Cancer Research UK and if we raise half a million a year, we can fund these two buses to go around the country.
"And for people like me stubborn people who don't go and get checked up if you see a bus and you're in your lunch break and you know there's cancer nurses on board, you know there's a private room, no appointments, you can just walk on," Andre said.
Andre explained that the illness of his brother was a testing time for his entire family.
"And it's all my brothers, we're all, all my brothers, my mum, dad, sister, it's still a very, very trying time, but there's got to be something we can do to turn this in some way to a positive."
"I'm not coming here thinking that I'm going to change the world, but me and my family want to help," he added.
