Drug firm Pfizer on Saturday reported a stand-alone net profit of Rs 18 crore for the quarter ended December.
It had posted a net profit of Rs 47.6 crore a year ago, Pfizer said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales during the quarter were Rs 464.6 crore. It was Rs 248 crore a year ago.
Pfizer said the quarter’s results were not comparable because of a scheme of amalgamation between the company and Wyeth.
"The results for the current quarter and nine months are not comparable," it said.
