PFS raises Rs 214 cr through non-convertible debentures

PTC India Financial Services (PFS) has raised Rs 213.50 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures, which would help increase its long-term resources.
International Finance Corp has subscribed to these debentures that are redeemable over a period of 10 years, PFS said in a statement today.
"PFS has raised money through issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs)-series 4 by way of private placement for Rs 213.50 crore," it said.
According to PFS, the fund-raising would augment long-term resources and also help in lowering the cost of funds, it added.
PFS is a non-banking finance company.
