"Chief Minister made baseless announcements today. Like earlier announcements, they would not be executed," Pilot said in a statement here.
"The government did not fulfil the promises it made earlier, be it in road construction, employment and others.
"Raje government delayed the oil refinery project and no fresh announcement for such projects was made today," he said.
