Pink Auto service launched in Jind

Pink autos, which will be driven by women, was flagged off today from Womam Police station at Huda Sector here by the SSP Abhiskhek Jorwal.
Describing it as a great achievement, Jorwal today flagged off ten such autos and said Pink Auto Mission will help women become financially sound and contribute towards the progress of their family.
'Pink Auto Service' will have women drivers and the service for female commuters only, Jorwal said.
He urged the women involved with the service to follow traffic rules and help police in curbing road mishaps.
PCR vans of woman police station and women rider will ensure that all traffic rules are followed, he said.

Speaking on the occasion, Rekha, an auto driver, said, "This service has given us jobs, which has strengthen the financial condition of our family.
