FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) today said city-based entrepreneur Pinky Reddy has taken over as its President.
Reddy, took over as the new national president of FLO, the oldest women business chamber of Southeast Asia and the women?s wing of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) at the recently held 34th?Annual Session in New Delhi, a FLO release said here.
Pinky Reddy, founder and managing director of Lotus House, has also been the Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad Chapter and played an instrumental role in enhancing the presence and reach of Hyderabad Chapter, it said.
Development of entrepreneurship among women has been central to FLO?s philosophy and mission.
Taking this vision forward, Reddy?s focus during her tenure would be to increase women?s participation in the process of economic development and to create a pool of resources, by skilling them at Grassroots, middle and senior level, the release added.
