The album marks 46-year-old English musician's ninth and she made the announcement through the clip, directed by Seamus Murphy, having snippet of a new song and shots of her travels, reported The Digital Spy.
Harvey travelled to Kosovo, Afghanistan and Washington, DC, for the album, which will document this unique artistic journey.
The album documenting Harvey's artistic journey was recorded during her month-long "Recording in Progress" residency here at Somerset House earlier this year.
Harvey's last studio album was 2011's Mercury Prize-winning "Let England Shake".
