Plane tyre bursts, journey delayed

A tyre of the left wheel of a Go Air plane, carrying 92 passengers and four crew members from here to Guwahati, burst today just after it started running on the runway at NSC Bose International Airport here.
All escaped unhurt as the pilot controlled the plane immediately after the tyre burst, airport sources said.
The flight which was scheduled at 3 pm left for its onward journey after an hour when the tyre was replaced, sources said.
