Indiabulls plans to raise Rs 50 crore on private placement * Indiabulls Housing Finance plans to raise Rs 50 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures on private placement.
The issue to be open on May 23, comes with a green shoe option, the company said.
The NCD issue has two options, one with a tenor of 498 days but with a zero coupon rate. The second option with five years tenor carries a coupon rate of 9 per cent per year for the NCDs.
Shares of the company closed 1.1 per cent up at Rs 728.90 apiece on BSE.
