The PIL, which claimed that people are suffering and dying for lack of infrastructural facilities, medicines and test laboratories, is likely to come up for hearing on February 24.
According to Nutan Thakur, counsel for petitioner Tripuresh Tripathi, it alleged that the events of the last few days have proved beyond all doubts that the Centre and state governments have failed in controlling swine flu.
It was further alleged that state government and private hospitals are showing extremely casual attitude towards this killer disease.
