Pleasant weather conditions prevailed in the national capital as the mercury settled below normal a day after several parts of the city experienced rain.
Traces of rainfall were witnessed in some parts of the city today as well.
The maximum temperature settled at 35.2 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 19.5 degrees Celsius, five notches below the normal, a Met department official said.
However, rainfall led to an increase in humidity in the air which oscillated between 100 and 41 per cent.
The Met office has predicted overcast skies with the possibility of thunder and lightning for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 38 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures here settled at 38.3 and 27 degrees Celsius respectively.
