"The Prime Minister said in his speech that 'India resides in Imran of Alwar'. It is an incomplete sentence. It would have been completed if he had said that 'my India does not reside in those involved in Dadri incident' as well," Babbar said at a function in University of Rajasthan here.
Modi, while speaking in London on November 3, had praised Sanskrit teacher Imran Khan of Alwar, who developed and dedicated several mobile apps to students for free use.
"This (university) is the place where Congress held its national convention and Congress leaders stayed here on campus. Do not think that they were from Congress but think and remember that they had played important role in the freedom of the nation.
"Try to find out good things. Try to follow an ideology which teaches you brotherhood," the actor-turned-politician said.
The Rajya Sabha MP also asked the youth to stand against casteism and said a youth is known as a youth, and not by his caste, creed or religion.
