The gang's kingpin, Shahbaz (25) of Jamia University, Delhi, was one of those arrested and had gone to jail on earlier occasions, SSP Anant Dev Tiwari said.
Two cars and a factory-made pistol was recovered from the accused, Tiwari said, adding, Shahbaz has admitted to his involvement in crimes in four years.
