Police constable, wife killed in road accident in UP

A police constable and his wife were killed when their motorcycle was allegedly hit by a vehicle on Basti-Faizabad national highway here, police said today.
37-year-old Dinesh Kumar, posted in Gorakhpur, and his wife Babli (35) were on their way to Basti district when they met with the accident near Maniyara village last night, police said.
The bodies were sent for post-mortem, police added.
