The girl had gone to City Mall for shopping last evening and was waiting for a rickshaw to return home when three youths forced her into their car.
An eyewitness, however, telephoned the police control room following which they intercepted the car and rescued the girl.
Ashutosh, a resident of Basharatpur, Mayank of Bilandpur were arrested while the driver Meraj, a resident of Khunipur, fled from the scene.
He was later arrested by the police late last night.
The accused have been booked under various sections of the IPC.
