A Haryana Police spokesman told PTI here tonight "We are keeping a vigil and are fully prepared to meet any situation in the state."
The state is peaceful and the situation is fully under control, he said.
The former Haryana Chief Minister, his son Ajay Chautala and 53 others were today sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for corruption by a Delhi court today.
His supporters clashed with the police outside the court.
