Police raid rooftop eatery near CM's house in Nagpur

Nagpur police have seized hookah pots and liquor bottles from a rooftop restaurant located near Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's house here.
Police raided the restaurant 'Room 9' in Dharampeth area as it was serving liquor without permission, said a police officer.
Sitabuldi police have registered a case against six staff members of the restaurant in this regard.
Police said that among customers present in the restaurant, there were some minors. They were let off as they weren't found to have consumed alcohol.
A deadly fire at two rooftop pubs in Mumbai which also served hookah claimed 14 lives in December last year. The fire was started by flying embers from hookah, inquiry found out.
