Police recovers dead body of youth from field at Kayavarohan

Body of a youth was found in a sugarcane field at Kayavaohan town of Dabhoi taluka in Vadodara district, officials said here today.
"Police found the body of a youth, who has been identified as one Viral Rameshbhai Patel from Kayavarohan town," police sub-inspector B C Barot at Dabhoi taluka in the district, who is investigating the case, said.
Several cut injuries were found on both wrists of the youth, while wound marks inflicted with some sharp edged weapons were found on other parts of his body, Barot said.
The police has registered a case of murder against unidentified people, he said.

A maternal uncle of the deceased, namely Chhotabhai Patel, who filed the complaint in the case, said that his nephew was out of the town since February 12.
"Viral Patel had left his home at Barabor village here on February 12, saying he was going for a job interview," the complaint said.
Viral Patel worked at a pesticide shop here, the complaint said.
The police is investigating the case.
