Police rescues kidnapped 8-yr-old boy, arrests three

An eight-year-old boy, who was kidnapped two days from in front of his house in a South West Delhi lcoality, was rescued and three persons were arrested today.
With the arrest of the three men -- Deepak (25), Pawan (24) and Jagdeep (26) -- police claimed to have solved the case of kidnapping of the child for ransom.
"On January 18, one Bhupender lodged a complaint that three persons came in a car and kidnapped his son who was playing outside at around 2.30 PM.
"On January 20, he got a call from the kidnappers who demanded Rs 25 lakh for safe release of his son," said a senior police official said, adding that several teams were formed to trace the boy and kidnappers.

Also technical surveillance and intelligence were launched, after which it was found that the kidnappers were in Rewari in Haryana.
Following which police arrested two accused Deepak and Pawan, who during interrogation revealed that boy was with their co-accused Jagdeep.
Based on the information, the boy was recovered from Jharoda colony.
