Police seizes 30 kgs of banned medicinal herb in Doda

Police today seized 30 kgs of a banned medicinal herb Nagchatri and booked a person in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the seizure.
About 30 kg 'Nagchatri', a banned forest produce, was seized from the possession of one Irshad Ahmed, of Bani Gundna tehsil, Doda district, a police officer said.
A case has been registered at Assar police station in this connection against the accused, he said.
