Police seized fake Indian currency notes of the face value of Rs 54,000 and arrested three persons here today.
Three persons hailing from Assam were arrested for possessing 108 counterfeit notes in the denomination of Rs 500, Public Relations Officers (PRO) of Dimapur Police said.
A case has been registered at Diphupar police station in this regard for further investigation, the PRO added.
