Pop-up night clubs, cooking classes, an organic gourmet market, over 70 prominent and upcoming restaurants and a host of performing artists will come together under a single roof at the third edition of the 'Grub Fest' here.
The three-day food festival, set to begin tomorrow, will be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here.
"Our biggest challenge is to come up with something new in every edition and curate a family festival where you can come with your parents, grandparents and children," says Chaitanya Mathur, co-founder, Grub Fest.
Popular names among the exhibitors will see restaurants from across the city like Social, PCO, Niche, Circus and Fat Lulu's among others, who will showcase specially curated Grub menus with a distinctive ambience at the festival.
"The restaurants are also innovating specifically for the festival. For example, Imperfecto from Hauz Khaz will do a skate board restaurant and Niche from CP will have a two storey pop up," says Mathur.
According to Chef Jamshed, who has been associated with the event since its inception, the idea of the festival is to offer visitors different food that they usually eat at restaurants.

"The festival will have some light and casual, finger food in small portions on the menu, so that they can order from different pop-ups, sit in the common area, listen to some good music and have a great experience," he says.
"Grub Mile will see over 15 food trucks, including Being
Truckers, Doggy Style and Burnout serving some lip-smacking food. For the first time ever, we will host a pop-up night club with a renowned brand from Delhi NCR," says Mathur.
The artist line up for the gastronomical fair includes popular headliners like VJ Nikhil Chinapa and fusion band 'Hari and Sukhmani' among others.
Food enthusiasts will also get an opportunity to learn new recipes and techniques from prominent chefs as they recreate their favourite dishes at 'The Grub Theatre', besides attending panel discussions with prominent personalities in the food industry and entrepreneurs from the culinary space.
"Weber Grub Theatre will include special movie screenings, with various national and international chefs giving demos, mixology sessions and chef talks," says Mathur.
To offer upcoming eateries a platform to promote their brands and network, the festival has decided to host their pou-ups right at the entrance of the festival.
"We have done this to ensure that every visitor goes to these new brands and tries them out. This is our way to help them grow," says Mathur.
The Grub Market will have a range of organic and gourmet products from brands like Raw Pressery, Odyssey India, Artisan Palate, Keventers, Nice Cream etc, besides an array of sweet treats like gelato, ice-creams, jams, dips, biscuits and cookies, cupcakes and a variety of delectable desserts by homemade bakers.
The festival will continue till October 16.
