Popular Sikkim band cuts global album

Popular Sikkim band 'Girish and The Chronicles (GNTC)' has launched their debut album 'Back on Earth' in Mumbai after becoming the first band from state to feature on international music channel VHI.
Released under the record label giant Universal, the album features 14 songs with a very hard rock/classic heavy metal feel for most songs, along with a contrasting ballad and acoustics for the remaining.
The 14th track is actually an older version of Golden Crown, which the band decided to include since it was already quite popular.
Besides at music stores around the country and overseas, the tracks will be available on several other digital platforms and online sources as iTunes, Flipkart.
GNTC's first official music video for the song 'Angel' is regularly being aired on the international music channel VH1 since July 29, 2014. The song was the band's first ever recorded song back in 2009.
The songs have been composed and written by lead vocalist Girish Pradhan along with composition and music arrangement by Yogesh Pradhan.
The song was also featured in TNT magazine's compilation album and already available on sites such as reverberation, sound cloud, youtube, which gave the band its first recognition.
