Portion of bridge collapses, 50 villages affected

Road connectivity to around 50 villages has been affected after a portion of a bridge collapsed following heavy rainfall in Salumbar area in the district.
One of the pillars of the bridge gave way, leading to the collapse of a portion of the bridge yesterday, police said.
It has affected movement of traffic in the area and almost 50 villages have been affected.
The bridge has been closed and the vehicles are being diverted, police said.
