"Power Rangers" director Dean Israelite has confirmed Rita Repulsa will not be the only villain in the upcoming action movie as the makers have also decided to feature another iconic monster, Goldar.
Goldar will join the popular fictional character Repulsa, to antagonize the Saban color-coded superheroes in the upcoming movie, reported AceShowbiz.
The actor playing Goldar was kept under wraps by Israelite, who made the announcement while speaking at the New York Comic Con.
They also confirmed that the Rangers would get their iconic assault vehicles, Zords.
"I put them in these things, which was basically like being in a crazy roller coaster for 12 hours. I shot so much footage that we broke the record for dailies three days in a row," Israelite said.
