The Lok Adalat will be held at the Tis Hazari Court premises from 10 AM to 4 PM.

The consumers of TPDDL can come to the Lok Adalat in person or can authorise representatives for settlement of their pending cases.

"The consumers can bring the theft bill along with any other communication pertaining to it for settlement," a TPDDL official said.

The company has sent letters to almost 10,000 consumers who have been booked for direct theft (DT) and dishonest abstraction of electricity in the recent past.

"Theft of electricity attracts stringent penalties as well as jail term. We urge our consumers to avail this excellent opportunity for settlement of their pending cases," the TPDDL official said.
