Prabhu assures Khattar of completion of pending rail projects

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today discussed railway projects in his state with Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu, who assured that effective steps are being taken to accomplish the pending rail projects.
In an official statement released here, the Information and Publicity Relations Department of Haryana said that Khattar also held discussion regarding setting up of Rail Coach Factory at Sonepat.
Among other demands put forth by Khattar were elevation of Rohtak-Gohana-Panipat railway line with a view to decongest traffic in Rohtak city, regarding construction of Railway Under Bridge (RUB) on Ambala-Kalka Section and construction of Railway Over Bridge on Delhi-Gurgaon-Rewari Railway line.

Khattar also demanded connecting Palwal-Bhiwani-Rewari through railway line.
