The World No. 22 pair of Pranaav and Sikki, who had won the Brazil Grand Prix in September, progressed to the summit clash after edging past Denmark duo of Mathias Christiansen and Sara Thygesen 21-18 23-21 in a 46-minute clash.
The duo will next take on the winners of the match between French pair of Gaetan Mittelheisser and Emilie Lefel and Malaysian combo of Goh Soon Huat and Shevon Jemie Lai tomorrow.
In the opening game, Pranaav and Sikki surged to a 5-3 slender lead and kept extending their distance to lead 17-12. However, the Danish pair clawed back at 18-18 before the Indian duo managed to reel off the next three points.
In the second game, Pranaav and Sikki once again opened up a massive 7-1 lead only to see it evaporate as Mathias and Sara drew parity at 14-14 and then turned the tables holding a 16-14 lead.
