"In her 15 years of tenure as an MP, she did nothing for her constituency," Gandhi, a renowned cardiologist and social activist, told reporters here while levelling allegation against the minister of state for external affairs.
He further said sitting MP had also failed in addressing several issues, including flooding by Ghaggar river every year which causes heavy damage to property and pitiable condition of Government Rajindra Hospital.
Gandhi said initially he was inspired by Anna Hazare's movement but later felt that it was impossible to "change the system" without entering politics.
"Arvind Kejriwal did not have money, liquor or drugs to offer to people. All he gave them (Delhi voters) a dream of better future," he said.
He claimed that he would defeat candidates of both the main Opposition parties with a huge margin in the coming Lok Sabha elections.
Gandhi today launched his campaign for Patiala parliamentary constituency in the presence of convener of AAP state campaign committee Sumel Singh Sidhu.
