The chief minister issued the directions here today while presiding over a meeting on provision of facilities like sewerage disposal in rural areas, an official release said.
Finance Minister Abhimanyu and Urban Local Bodies Minister Kavita Jain were also present in the meeting.
In the meeting it was also decided that a two-day seminar would be organised in the first week of December to find solutions for providing facilities for sewerage disposal in rural areas in the state and a draft of the scheme would be prepared there.
The Chief Minister also suggested that a nomenclature should be given for such villages so that a separate structure for development can be created.

He also directed the administrative secretaries of Public Health Engineering, Development and Panchayat and Urban Local Bodies to provide a list of rural services and other infrastructure which can easily be shifted in these big villages.
While reviewing the status of unauthorized colonies, the Chief Minister directed officers to immediately arrange for a public stand post of water at prominent places in such colonies so as to ensure adequate potable water for the residents.
He also issued directions to expedite the works under NABARD schemes.
The Chief Minister said people should be encouraged to shift their milk dairies outside the towns and incentives should be given to them for yielding positive results.
It was told in the meeting that the target of providing individual sanitary latrines would be achieved by 'Good Governance Day' which is to be observed on December 25.
