President Ram Nath Kovind arrived here this evening on a short visit to the city to attend the convocation of IIT, Hyderabad tomorrow.
The Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana E S L Narasimhan and several state ministers welcomed Kovind at the Begumpet airporthere, official sources said.
The President would stay at the Raj Bhavan for the night and attend the convocation tomorrow, they added.
