He will also attend the special Convocation of Banaras Hindu University being organised to mark the concluding ceremony of birth centenary of Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya.
President of Nepal Ram Baran Yadav will be conferred a Honoris Causa Degree at the special convocation.
