Prestige Estates Q3 profit down 35% at Rs 64.85 cr

Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects today reported 35 per cent decline in standalone net profit at Rs 64.85 crore for the quarter ended December.
The Bengaluru-based developer had posted a net profit of Rs 99.52 crore in the year ago period.
Total income has decreased to Rs 572.01 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 645.22 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, Prestige Estates reported a net profit of Rs 63.60 crore for the quarter ended December.
Total income stood at Rs 1,000.23 crore in the October- December period of this fiscal.
