Prez to inaugurate Indian Engineering Congress on Dec 20

President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugrate the three-day 28th Indian Engineering Congress here on December 20.
The Congress, with the theme "Engineering Advancements and Accelerated Nation Building," scheduled from December 20-22, will have lectures by well-known personalities, including T Ramasamy, Secretary, Department of Science and Technology.
"The Congress is planned as a mega event and is to attract more than 3000 professional engineers from all over the country and from abroad," The Institution of Engineers (India), organisers of the annual event, said in a release.
