Prices of pulses end steady in tight movements

Steady conditions prevailed at the wholesale market in the national capital today as prices of most of the pulses moved in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.
Traders said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept pulses prices steady.
Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad 4,200-5,900, Urad Chilka (local) 6,300-6,500, best 6,500-7,100, Dhoya 6,900-7,300, Moong 5,800-6,800, Dal Moong Chilka local 6,700-7,200, Moong Dhoya local 6,700-7,000 and best quality 7,500-7,600.
Masoor small 5,600-5,750, bold 5,600-5,800, Dal Masoor local 6,600-6,700, best quality 6,700-6,800, Malka local 6,700-7,000, best 6,900-7,000, Moth 4,800-5,100, Arhar 4,750- 4,950, Dal Arhar Dara 6,050-6,300.
Gram 2,825-3,725, Gram Dal (local) 3,500-3,700, best quality 3,600-3,900, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,400, Rajdhani 1,400, Rajmah Chitra 4,000-7,400, Kabli Gram small 3,500-6,300, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100, Lobia 4,800-5,200, Peas white 2,800-2,850 and green 2,900-3,000.
