Nine months after Disney bosses dismissed reports of a "Princess Diaries 3", director Marshall has confirmed he and Anne are in talks to bring her Mia Thermopolis back to the big screen, reported MTV online.
The Oscar winner first played the unlikely royal in 2001 and returned for a sequel in 2004.
"I was with Anne Hathaway a couple weeks ago, it looks like we want to do Princess Diaries 3 in Manhattan," Marshall said.
But he has to wait because his leading lady is "very pregnant", adding they'll start work on the film once the baby is born later this year (16).
