Private airlines ground staff hurt by glass shard

A ground staff of private airlines Indigo was today seriously injured after being hit by a glass shard at the N S C B International airport.
Airport sources said the ground staff Bipul Datta was taken to a private super speciality hospital on E M Bypass after being hit by the stray object this evening.
Datta was working in the taxi bay area when the incident took place.
The airlines and airport authorities were inquiring from where the glass shard fell.
