Private firm employee run over by train in Ghaziabad

A 40-year-old employee of a private company was run over by a train while he was crossing railway tracks at Chandra Nagar railway station here this evening.
Sandeep Sharda, a resident of Sihani Gate area, was employed at a dairy plant in Sahibabad industrial area.
Sharda was returning home after work when he was hit by the train, police said. He used to board a train from Chandra Nagar railway station to his home after the duty hours.
"Station Master of Chander Nagar railway station informed the police control room about the incident," Assistant Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada said.

Kin of the deceased were informed by the police and body was sent for post mortem examination.
