"Neeraj, a resident of Kanjhawla and allegedly involved in several murders, dacoity, robbery, attempt to murder, was arrested last evening on specific inputs from Nala bridge," ACP West district V Renganathan said.
A country-made pistol along with two cartridges and a stolen motorcycle have also been recovered, the officer said.
Neeraj, 25, was declared a proclaimed offender in two cases and a reward of Rs 25,000 was declared for information leading to his arrest, the ACP said.
