Gram pradhan Jamshed and his brother and ex-gram pradhan Hul Sanwwer are accused in the killing of 28-year-old Saleem who was aide to their rival in the panchayat polls.
Two other accused have been arrested in the case but Jamshed and Sanweer are still absconding and their properties were attached yesterday on the basis of a court order, SSP K B Singh said.
Saleem was shot dead over polls-related enmity by the accused at Sikri village in the district in October 16.
The two have already been arrested while the gram pradhan and his brother ex-gram pradhan are absconding.
