Police, however, suspect that five of the arrested women are minors.
"Acting on a tip-off, the police team raided a roadside place in Chaldu area on Mhow-Naseerabad four-lane highway today and arrested 19 women and 15 customers from the spot," Neemuch Superintendent of police (SP) Tusharkant Vidyarthi said.
"Prima facie, five of the women are minors, but their age could be known only after further examination," he added.
Police have registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC and Child Protection (Offenders Prohibition Orders) Act 2004 against the women and customers, Vidyarthi said.
