The notice, issued by the Director of Security, Vidhan Sabha, Arvind Kumar Raghuwanshi said the premises cannot be used for political purposes as the House was adjourned sine die.
Katare and the Congress members are holding the protest on the issue of providing relief to farmers affected by rain and hailstorm.
The copy of the notice was provided by the Congress to media persons.
The notice said no member is allowed to observe hunger strike, sit-in, protest or organising any religious function within the estate of the House as per rules and procedures.

It said the ongoing agitation has badly affected the work of the Assembly Secretariat and the protesters are being asked to vacate the premises forthwith.
The protest entered the third day today with Congress members showing no sign of relenting on the issue.
When contacted, Katare said their agitation will continue as planned until the government fulfils all their demands.
