This year's IVLP, titled "Change-Makers: The Impact of Social Entrepreneurs in the U.S", is envisaged to connect current and emerging foreign leaders with their American counterparts and create a positive impact on the participants to address global challenges and opportunities, it said.
It will examine the rise of social entrepreneurship in the U.S. And how innovation can drive social and environmental change. The programme will also examine the concept of social entrepreneurship as well as government initiatives that support civic engagement and innovation, it said.
